Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between :

The Treasure Hunt and Treasure Hunt Organizer : Cyril Golovtchan, representative of spatio-temporal investigations or Chloé Thureau.
The Applicant, any natural or legal person wishing to benefit, for his own account or for the benefit of third parties, from the services offered.
​The Participant, any natural or legal person participating in the services organized by the Organiser.
​
The reservation and participation in the services organized by Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau imply unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale. These conditions will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau.

Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau reserves the right to be able to modify its general conditions of sale. In this case, the applicable conditions will be the conditions in force on the date of the reservation or on the date of the signature of the estimate.
-The Organizer:
​
Cyril Golovtchan, registered under number 512 242 258 and whose head office is located at 83, avenue de Saint-Cloud 78000 Versailles – France, organizes treasure hunts.
Chloé Thureau, registered under number 882 271 349 and whose head office is located at 32 rue des Tertres, 60270 Gouvieux.

-Principle of the game:
​
On the day of the organization of the service, the Participant must go to the place of departure and at the time indicated on his ticket or on his estimate. Delays are not tolerated. At the place of departure, the teams are formed. The Organizer distributes to participants : a road book and, for “ the unknown of the Seine “, virtual reality glasses, necessary for the smooth running of the service. The start is then given.

During the service, the Participant is required to comply with the safety rules in force, and in particular the Highway Code and any other safety instructions. Your journey is carried out under your entire responsibility. Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident occurring during the treasure hunt.
​
Certain parts of the proposed route may be temporarily inaccessible for reasons beyond the control of Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau (road works, temporary closure of certain monuments, natural causes, etc.). Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau cannot be held responsible for these modifications made to the course.
​
For the service " the unknown of the Seine », the Participant undertakes never to use the virtual reality glasses or headset without being accompanied by a third party not wearing the virtual reality glasses or headset at the same time. The Participant is responsible during the activity for all the equipment lent by the Organizer. If one of the participants unfortunately breaks or damages the equipment, they will have to reimburse it, i.e. 200 euros for a damaged telephone and 50 euros for the headset.
Using the iPhone and Android app Unknown of the Seine ".
The use of the iPhone and Android application requires downloading, prior to the survey via an internet connection (WiFi or 3G). The costs relating to this download, if they are not included in the plan taken out with your operator, are the responsibility of the Participant.

The making of a treasure hunt the stranger of the seine » using the iPhone and Android application is your sole responsibility. Cyril Golovtchan cannot be held responsible in the event of a technical incident occurring on your iPhone or Android while downloading the application or using it.
The Participant agrees to have downloaded the applications " google cardboard " and " the unknown of the Seine » and have checked their proper functioning before participating in the service.

During the treasure hunt, no internet connection (WiFi or 3G) is essential to use the application. If you nevertheless use the Internet connection which is possible in the application, the costs relating to this use, if they are not included in the package taken out with your operator, are the responsibility of the user/customer.

-Conditions of participation:
​
The services of Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau are open to any natural person over the age of 18. Concerning minors, the service is open to them under the responsibility representative or legal guardian.

-Public session:
​
A public session is defined as a performance organized on a day, at a time and on a scenario imposed by the Organizer. A public session brings together several participants on the same event.

-Registration:
​
The Applicant wishing to register for a public session must do so online on the websites www.unknown-of-the-seine.com and www.chasses-aux-enigmes.com .
The participant has a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him. This right can be exercised online by sending an email to cyril@actugame.fr or chloe.thureau@gmail.com
-Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. VAT is 20% of the total price.
-Prices are indicated in euros, excluding VAT for team-building.
Cyril Golovchan or Chloé Thureau reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The service is nevertheless invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the reservation. Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau does not keep data relating to the Applicant's bank cards following payment.

-Conformity:
​
It is up to the Applicant and the Participant to ensure that the information on the ticket corresponds to their order. Any complaint must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the ticket by email. No complaints will be accepted after the service.
​
Regarding the delivery of the ticket by email, it is the Applicant's responsibility to ensure that the said email is received and to notify Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau otherwise. Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau cannot be held liable if the Claimant cannot take advantage of his service without Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau being informed beforehand that the Claimant has not received anything.

-Disability:
​
The Applicant and the Participant have to specify to the Organizer the practical necessities according to the handicap within 24 hours after the reservation. In the event that access to the game is not possible due to lack of infrastructure linked to the course, the responsibility of Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau would not be engaged.
​
-Cancelation:
​
In the event of cancellation by the Applicant, the Applicant undertakes to notify the Organiser. No refund can be granted if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours before the start of the game, or after the game.
​
In the event of cancellation of the service by the Organizer due to a case of force majeure such as war, act of the Prince, natural disaster, fire, flood, strikes without notice or any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code, beyond the control of Cyril Golovtchan or Chloé Thureau and obstructing the performance of the service, the public session will be canceled or postponed without the participant being able to claim any prejudice. The Organizer will endeavor to notify the Applicant before the start of the game by email or telephone if a valid number has been communicated to him. The Applicant agrees that Cyril Golovtchan or Chloe Thureau can use the contact details entered during the reservation to keep him informed.

-Refund:
​
Any service interrupted, shortened or not consumed by the Participant of his own doing and for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund. No refund can take place in the event of loss of the ticket or non-presentation of the ticket on the day of the service.
​
Any delay or non-presentation is considered as a withdrawal and does not give rise to any refund.
​​
-Schedule:
​
It is imperative to respect the meeting time indicated on the ticket. In the event of delay, the Participant may be denied access to the service.
​​
​
- Photographic report, film shoot or report:
The Participant is personally responsible for obtaining all the authorizations that may prove necessary in the context of a report or filming during the Organizer's performance.
Before any shooting of a film or report, the Participant must first request written authorization to film or take pictures on the location of the service from the Organizer. Otherwise, the Organizer will have to refuse access to the service to the photographer and/or cameraman.
